After level 1, our agent calls the phone number your business publishes (the one in your listing or shown on your website) and reads a 6-digit code. Whoever answers enters it here. The call comes from Agent Verify Layer, (213) 807-7779. Prefer a text? Mobile numbers can get the code by text message instead. US numbers only for now.
Level 3 means real customers completed real orders with you. Businesses that sell through a GoGo Venta store reach it automatically once orders are completed there; we sync daily. Other businesses can ask for an admin review of their transaction history.
